Booking policy
Online booking is available with card payment. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment and allows our specialists to prepare for your visit with care and attention.
You are also welcome to book directly through our administrator via WhatsApp or phone — we will be happy to help you choose the right treatment and find the most convenient time.
For guests with an active studio deposit, all appointments are arranged personally through our administrator to ensure a smooth and tailored experience.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We are happy to accommodate one reschedule if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. In this case, your deposit will remain valid for 1 month.
Requests to reschedule on the day of the appointment are reviewed individually and depend on specialist availability. For any changes to your booking, please contact our administrator — we will always do our best to assist you.
